It doesn't rain that much so they don't need to be that solid. I havn't seen these shops you were talking about, could you give me some more details?

Try El Corte Ingles. they have everything.

try some of the "chine" shops, the ones that sell more or less anything.

or go to aki or brico depot or another store like that, that has gardening section.
